About
Hola! Hola!

Mo (locs + a button-down shirt) is a designer who’s always been drawn to the intersection of art, technology, and storytelling. Once upon a time, she was an Imagineer designing for Disney theme parks and resorts. Later, she created interactive experiences for Google campuses and events. Now, she’s channeling that creative energy into building something magical for her own family.
With two eager young readers at home, Mo has been diving into AI-generated art to help bring more diverse stories into the world. A lifelong introvert and deep thinker, she recharges with good books, long walks, and a solid TV binge. She’s also the resident kitchen chemist—constantly experimenting to make food that’s both nutritious and delicious.
Mo grew up helping her mom flip fixer-upper homes and eventually unlocked the worlds of F.I.R.E., stocks, and real estate investing. It felt like discovering a secret level in life—and now she’s passionate about making that knowledge accessible so financial freedom isn’t reserved for the privileged few.

Sophia (curls poppin’, sweater with hearts) is the ultimate planner, connector, and motivator. She’s the reason the family actually leaves the house for new adventures – packing list and spreadsheet itinerary in hand. A natural at foraging deep connections, Sophia makes friends wherever she goes, which makes perfect sense: she’s an incredible therapist, mother, and friend.
She’s also the family’s financial strategist, uncovering travel hacks, stretching the grocery budget without sacrificing quality, and making sure every dollar works smarter – not harder. And when the day’s done? Sophia is a proud Bravo Baddie – because after wrangling toddlers and organizing life, sometimes you just need reality TV therapy.
A survivor of metastatic inflammatory breast cancer, Sophia is passionate about holistic wellness – mind, body, and spirit – with a deep love for supporting fellow women of color on their healing journeys. Her green thumb keeps the family’s garden thriving, and her heart for community means she’s always dreaming up ways we can all grow stronger, together.
